This week I have an extra special treat for you! I was honored to be asked as a guest on the Kowalski Analysis podcast with Rob Kowalski, author of Why Waiting Works and the Founder/ Chairman of Cityfam. I’m so excited! The topics are persevering through difficult situations, personal growth in our lives, and my book, Ten Iron Principles. Let me give you the 411.
But before I do that, I want to say thank you to my readers. Being a writer is a difficult road, and I’m so grateful to those who take the time to check in on my posts. I also greatly appreciate those who share on Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook. It makes a huge difference. This live podcast will be tonight at 7:30 pm on Facebook and YouTube!
Persevering Through Difficult Situations
The Ten Iron Principles are perspective-changing tricks or life hacks to get you through a tough time or to help you reach your goal. Why do I recommend them? The truth is, blog readers, that our minds (more often than not) will tell us that we can’t when really we’re untested. In other words, we give ourselves excuses that let us off the hook.
However, sometimes being on the hook is good.
For example, being on the hook is awesome when you’re starting a new business or you’re writing your first book. Maybe you’ve committed to resurrecting a relationship or advancing your career. Whatever the case, our minds’ tendency is to say, we can’t.
But, it’s not true. Often, we can. Moving from our excuse and exchanging it for increased effort takes some finagling. That’s what the Ten Iron Principles are about. They’re tips and tricks to help you make it through to the finish line.
I’m so excited to speak about persevering through difficult situations. Please join us for the live show at the link below!
Love, K.
